Run the scenario

    Open Gear request for the selected CIS.

    The requestable trip gear appears separately from the guide's Seasonal Kit.

    Search for items, choose quantities, and review the selected gear.

    Expected evidence

    Each selected item shows its quantity and its replacement value when known.

  3. 3GuideTrailhead Mobile · Selected gear

    Submit the gear request and return to the CIS detail.

    Expected evidence

    The requested items appear in the CIS gear summary with a Requested status.

    Open the daily client gear queue for the same lodge and trip.

    The trip request is visible as work that still needs packing and checkout.

If it does not match

  • If no gear can be selected, confirm that requestable products are active in SettleWise Inventory for the same organization.
  • If the CIS is unavailable, confirm that the guide is assigned to the trip and has mobile access to it.
  • If operations cannot see the request, confirm that both views are using the same lodge and that submission completed.
