- An open replacement issue and an available replacement with a known item value

- The replacement was handed over and the old item was not returned
Run the scenario

After handing over the replacement without receiving the old item, choose Replace + charge guide.
Expected evidence
The old item is marked missing, the replacement is assigned, the guide debit is created, and the issue closes in one action.

The confirmed item charge is visible and traceable to the missing return.

If it does not match
- If no charge appears, confirm that the old item was explicitly recorded as not returned.
- If the old item appears available, correct its custody: an unreturned item must remain missing.
- If another responsibility prompt appears, stop: the recorded non-return already determines the guide charge.
